Aim of the subject:
The course is designed to introduce the students in the computer-aided
molecular design methods used most extensively in awareness-raising manner:
a) molecular mechanics and conformational analysis;
b) quantitative structure-activity relationships;
c) macromolecular calculations.
The lectures present the most important procedures, primary focus on
their practical pharmaceutical use.
