Brabender twin screw extruder: This equipment is used for homogenization of any thermoplastic multicomponent systems. It is suitable for homogenization of additives as well as blending of thermoplastic materials. Moreover, it is applied for production and granulation of several polymer blends or composite materials. Its productivity depends on the density of the materials, and it is 1.5 kg/h in the case of polypropylene. The twin screw extruder is efficient in mixing than a single screw extruder. The product can be cooled in water bath or dry.
