Aim of the subject:

The aim is to get the basic knowledge of food analysis in the practice. Introducing of classical and novel methods, different instruments and applications for analysis – involving sample preparation procedures or sensitivity tests also. Beside the chemical analysis the result evaluation, standard labour protocols, quality parameters, and food safety questions are an important part of this subject.
