The students may perform experiments in the subjects of microbial metabolites (antibiotics, other pharmaceutically valuable compounds) and industrial enzymes ( e.g., cellulases, hemicellulases, proteases, etc). Moreover, we store ca. 540 soils from different parts of the world and students may isolate target microbes (fungi, bacteria, yeasts, actinomycetes) from selected soils. |
