Aim of the subject:

The subject gives an overview about the digestion and resorption processes of macro- and micro nutrients included natural and artifical components running in human organism. The subject covers the biochemical and pathobiochemical reactions, events and their interactions and relations to health status. Nutritional aspects of up-to-date health promoting food developments and trends are also discussed.
