Aim of the subject:
An overview is given in the field of renewable material and energy sources. The potential applications of the renewable materials are discussed in the production of fuels and chemicals. Beside the technology presentation the current situation in Hungary, in the European Union and in the World is reviewed. Regarding the raw materials, the applications of energy crops, agricultural and industrial by-products are discussed.
