Aim of the subject:
This object improve the already obtained knowledge of students int he field of microbiology, physiology and bioengineering, support the active utilization of these in case of choosing corresponding microorganism and technology. The aim of this subject is to present the potential of industrial application of microorganism through the fields of organic acid/alcohols-, polisaharides-, antibiotics-, and protein/enzyem productions.
