Aim of the subject:
Based on the acquired knowledge in Microbiology and Microbiology II, the main topics of the lecture are the details of the currently developing phylogenetic taxonomy and phylogenetic tree of the domains of Bacteria and Archea. Besides taxonomy, special topics of microbiology, not included in the lectures Microbiology and Microbiology II are discussed.
