Aim of the subject:
Aim of the subject is to provide high level scientific and practical knowledge to the bioengineers of future chemical and biological industries (pharmaceutical, fine chemical, cosmetic, food, etc.) with special emphasis on development of skill of problem solving related to problems based on protein structure-activity relationships in the research and development. The course gives an overview of theoretical issues in proteomics which are important to promote the practical applications, and by computer practice provides insight into their applications in specific areas.
